We create spaces for structured conversations within the organisation to build cohesion, alignment, ownership, momentum, skills and cooperation, depending on the situation.
These conversations enable those involved to make the necessary progress in understanding what is happening for the company, for themselves and for their teams.
They can take many forms, and can be structured in an iterative and coherent way. They are based on tried and tested techniques and models.
We are particularly keen to avoid false certainties, over-hasty diagnoses and shortcuts that reassure without solving. We like to get to the bottom of things. This explains the effort we put into clarifying the issues and understanding the context. We draw on the culture of the organisations we work with to identify what’s important to managers and their teams.
