November 2023, the 3rd managerial circle meets for the first time with a major challenge: to initiate the mobilization of this new collective with a newly-arrived boss. 50 people, one day (from 12:00 to 12:00), residential: this seminar is part of a wider scheme to “build a collective larger than the codir and make it an effective managerial relay”.

This first collective time had several objectives: to meet and get to know each other better to form this new “forum”, to disseminate the 10 managerial ambitions and share on their implementation, to grasp the tone of the new boss.
