Ronan Broussier
A seminar designer and facilitator first and foremost, he is passionate about collective and collaborative dynamics. His goal: to set the collective in motion to fulfill an intention, during engaging, impactful and convivial events.
Specializing in the use of technology during collective times, he bridges the gap between facilitation, audiovisual, IT and communication teams during complex remote and hybrid collective times.
He deploys interactive digital solutions, enabling participants to interact and collect data.
Featuring a simple, lightweight and high-quality audiovisual setup, it provides autonomous technical support for “light” remote and hybrid events.
He uses generative AI to rapidly process (categorize, summarize…) verbatims and responses from participants’ contributions during seminars.
His dual role as facilitator and tech specialist enables him to meet the challenges of today’s collective times.
Naturally calm and thoughtful, he makes a point of organizing and meticulously anticipating his interventions. And a word, he “secures” ambitious group times.
As a trainer and educational engineer, he designs and runs customized training courses for his customers on the following themes: time and priority management / Generative Artificial Intelligence and productivity / Making webinars a success / Remote facilitation
Trained in facilitation and training engineering, after a career in the socio-educational field, he has accompanied over 40 high-stakes events for major organizations since 2018.
Co-author of the book “Animer à distance, guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées” and author of the cards “Le Bruit des Glaçons, 50 icebreakers à distance”, he is the creator of several communities around remote facilitation and takes part to La Boetie Partners’ “Technology and Conversations” practice.
