Véronique Burel
Véronique facilitates and accelerates the necessary transitions in organizations.
She designs tailor-made systems to help executives and their management teams implement their transition projects.
She works with them to
- mobilize around the vision,
- reinforce trust in interactions,
- develop teams’ adaptive capacities.
Her interventions combine consulting, facilitation, training and coaching to accompany, at the right level and according to the culture of each organization. She challenges while respecting the pace and never losing sight of the objective the organization has set itself, despite the growing complexity of professional environments.
From her initial training in corporate communications and translation, she keeps the common thread of mutual understanding that nurtures relational quality. She helps teams to better understand each other, remove the unspoken and make explicit the implicit, to succeed in their projects together.
From her experience in supporting organizational transformation, she has developed an approach (Vision-Confidence-Agility) that integrates both rational and intuitive or energetic dimensions to help teams emerge from difficult or blocked situations.
After an initial 15-year corporate career in management positions in French and international environments, she set up her own direct-approach recruitment firm in Toulouse in 2007. In 2012, she trained in coaching and joined the executive coaching firm, H&D. In 2015, she set up Clever-Step and has been coaching organizations through transitions ever since.
Véronique is co-author of the book “Animer à distance, guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées”, LBP, published in 2020.
She speaks in French, English and Spanish.
