Sandrine draws on 25 years’ experience in CIOs and R&D departments. Her work in software validation has given her great agility, both in operational mastery of the business and in managing interactions between departments.
Her 15 years of management with teams distributed in India, China, Korea, UK, USA and France have enabled him to apprehend, the management of multicultural teams, as well as the complexity of maintaining performance and team cohesion, particularly during mergers/acquisitions and reorganizations.
Trained in Coaching (InternationalMozaik), Situational Management (Hersey & Blanchard), Deployment of individual and collective potential (Institut Aristote), and the design and facilitation of group time, she combines these different approaches to offer tailor-made interventions that contribute to “working better together”.
