Sabine de Malleray-Walz
“You don’t solve a problem with the way of thinking that created it” A. Einstein
Sabine facilitates stepping back to take a fresh look at situations. She creates the conditions to build confidence and thus nurture the ability to “dare to do things differently”.
Aware of the impact of the environment on a system, she always takes a co-construction approach in her coaching.
Convinced of the impact of relational and cultural dynamics at the heart of organizations on the fluidity of the transition phases inherent in transformations, she strives to value the richness of diversity, which she sees as the 1st source of innovation and agility in a VUCA world.
To do this, she mainly uses tools and methods that bring out collective intelligence, calling in particular on art, movement and play, to facilitate gentle awareness and nurture cohesion.
Clients describe her as “radiant” and “revealing”. She gives impetus by restoring meaning and recreating links. Reliable, she accompanies her customers over the long term and provides the security that helps transform a situation perceived as an obstacle into a springboard.
According to your needs, she will put her hats on as a certified coach, trainer (soft skills), facilitator (Codev, workshops and seminars, Fresques), or consultant (including Qualiopi)
- for employees, their teams and organizations.
- in English, French, Spanish or German
After 15 years in business, notably in organizational consulting on international projects, convinced that it is the quality of relationships that enables sustainable performance, she founded Co&Sens, a Qualiopi-certified firm since 2019 (OF & CBC, hence CPF).
During her studies at Dauphine, she set up a theater company (30 people) which she carried through to her departure on a solo round-the-world trip (without a telephone at the time), parachuted to overcome her fears, and became a volunteer firefighter at 46.
Sabine is co-author of the book “Animer à distance, guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées” – LBP, published in 2020.
