Mandy Schreuder
Mandy accompanies HRDs, managers, committed individuals and collectives of multinational companies in transformation and change dynamics, on projects such as the creation of a more inclusive, transverse, collaborative managerial culture or cultural integration after merger-acquisition. The notions of impact and meaning being central to her, she accompanies companies in questioning their desirable future.
Mandy is renowned for creating a climate of trust within organizations and teams. Through her openness to others, she gets people to quickly talk to each other in a sincere and authentic way, whatever their level of responsibility. Her clients often ask her to intervene on complex, systemic issues, where she can use her cross-cultural skills, switching from one language to another as needed. They appreciate her for her listening skills, her enthusiasm, and herpragmatism which enables the whole team to “get things done together” and keep the focus on objectives and results.
International consultant in Human Resources for 14 years, including 10 with the international firm Mercer, where she managed global and multi-country cross-functional projects that transcended silos and expertise. Mandy trained in coaching in 2020. Since then, her accompaniments combine consulting, coaching, facilitation and training according to the needs and culture of the organizations.
She is a certified professional coach (CIC) and transformation consultant (The Mountain), Collective Intelligence Facilitator (LBP), then certified DDI Facilitator and Management Drives, as well as Trainer in Leadership Development.
Coach and Executive Facilitator committed to the Business for Climate Convention (BCC) since its creation in 2020, she trained in regenerative economics at Axa Climate School. She is a certified facilitator of the Fresque de la Diversité via ESSEC.
