Barbara works with managers, teams, HR departments and operating partners of investment funds to help them find solutions to organizational, team, management and commitment issues. These elements aim to improve operational and relational efficiency, and contribute to the pleasure of working together.
Barbara accompanies high-growth SMEs or transforming ETIs.
As a complement to traditional individual and top-down approaches, Barbara mobilizes the collective, organizing structured dialogue times to provide a new key to reading beyond the organization chart and processes.
From her background in business development (financial sector) and HR strategy, she has developed a 360° vision of what’s going on: an awareness of the P&L, and also, expertise in management and team dynamics.
With 30 years’ experience ranging from start-ups to major international groups, she has evolved at the heart of a variety of more or less agile and entrepreneurial cultures.
For the past 7 years, she has been implementing tools inspired by Self-Management Teams (Ricardo Semler – Semco style – Netherlands), Systemic Coaching of Organizations and Relationships (ORSC), the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach (NBA), Co-Development, 5D Leadership, (learning organizations (Peter Senge)) and the practices of La Boétie Partners: Shared Diagnosis, Collective Intelligence, Seminar Design and Vision.
