Elisabeth Denécheau
A nod to her original profession, Elisabeth defines herself as an “organizational midwife.”
Highly skilled at listening, she guides individuals and groups through delicate passages, particularly within family businesses.
Passionate about relationships, she is as interested in the relationship with oneself as with others, and draws jointly on frailties and strengths. Her job is to help make visible what’s going on inside each of us, to identify the major issues and gain sufficient perspective on a problem. It’s a real work of unification that she carries out with her clients.
To achieve this, she relies on La Boetie Partners’ guidelines for game-changing conversations and adopts a number of invaluable tools such as the emotional barometer. This simple yet powerful tool enables us to use emotional information to act in the most adjusted way possible. She is also certified in the Enneagram, a self-awareness tool.
She is co-author of the book “Animer à distance – guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées”. Committed to Shared Diagnosis and Citizen Conversations, she strives to “bring into the world” what will help each person to give, concretely, the best of themselves in the service of the collective.
.Her atypical career path has taken her from the delivery room, to accompanying couples and families, to the corporate world as a relational quality consultant. In 2019, she joined La Boétie Partners, which enables her to fully experience the tension between the individual and the collective, between inside and outside, between different rhythms, between the fragile and the solid!
