Benjamin Gratton
Benjamin is a catalyst for projects and commitment.
His role is to reveal to the collective what unites it, and make it the full bearer of its project. It helps the members of a team or organization to understand each other, to bring out the common sense, to strengthen commitment and to enable it to move into action with accuracy.
His favorite subjects are projects involving vision, commitment to change, team cohesion and collective intelligence.
Serial entrepreneur, after a career in major institutes, Research International and Ipsos in London and Paris, he co-founded the OpinionWay research institute in 2000 and the BeBetter&Co consultancy in 2009. He is also co-founder of a jazz label in 2004 and of the publisher Thermostat6, which has been publishing 180°C magazines since 2014.
Since 2019, Benjamin has been a winemaker, producing his own wine on a 2-hectare plot in the Minervois region.
He is trained in management and marketing, coaching (IEC), collective intelligence and co-development.
He led the co-writing of the book “Animer à distance, un guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées” published in 2020.
Benjamin facilitates sessions in French and English.
