Emmanuel Mas
Emmanuel’s vocation is to help managers evolve their organizations in a way that respects both people and business.
When their transformation projects encounter cultural obstacles, he helps management teams identify the “good reasons” behind this “resistance”.
This approach enables him to find solutions that integrate seemingly contradictory viewpoints, which has led him to work in organizations with multiple governance structures: co-directorships, partnerships, family groups, mutual insurance companies, etc.
Emmanuel began his career in strategy consulting at Mars&Co. After founding an e-learning publisher that was sold to a manufacturer, he held operational responsibilities in a consulting firm. Wishing to professionalize his approach, he trained in executive coaching in 2005. Since then, he has continued to develop his practice, in search of a new way of working that reconciles business and people, efficiency and humanity, consulting and coaching. This search led him to initiate in 2015 the La Boétie Partners adventure, which he co-founded in 2017 after an intense period of co-construction.
At La Boétie Partners, Emmanuel leads the Shared Diagnosis practice http://diagnosticpartage.com.
Emmanuel enjoys accompanying the development of his 5 children, whom he tries to coach, with varying degrees of success, in his passion for slopestyle mountain biking, a kind of BMX with big wheels.
