Eléonor Simiu
Eléonor helps management teams define their ambitions and draw up their strategic plans.
She helps her customers study their market, define a positioning, assess an opportunity, prepare for a new competitive threat. When she intervenes, her customers often already have ideas, an intuition. But they want to be in a position to make the right decisions at these crucial moments. They need support, to step back, to take a more systematic approach, to be challenged.
Trained in organization coaching, she involves her customers’ teams right from the information gathering, external interviews and analysis stages. It’s an opportunity to click, to become aware. This is decisive for appropriation and mobilization, and for avoiding the “one-shot” effect. As an added bonus, teams learn reflexes and methods that will improve the quality of strategic discussions over the long term.
In addition, she assists managers and directors in the presentation and “storytelling” of the company’s strategy and flagship projects: sharing the diagnosis, explaining the strategy; then highlighting achievements, showing that the vision and strategy are becoming reality.
A graduate of Télécom Paris and Sciences Po Paris, Eléonor was a Director at Mars and Co, France’s leading strategy consultancy, and Business Development Director and member of the Comex at Aramisauto.com. She has adapted the methods of strategy consulting, and knows how to target analyses and find the right shortcuts. She also draws on her experience as a newspaper columnist to build presentations and make them punchy right from the start.
Eléonor is in charge of the “Participative Strategy” practice and participates in La Boetie Partners’ “Visionnaire Visionning” practice.
Eléonor works in French, English and German.
