Defining the ambition and strategy together as an executive team

Defining the ambition and strategy together as an executive team

Nor-Feed is a biotech company that develops and manufactures plant-based additives for livestock—natural alternatives to antibiotics and synthetic products. In 2024, Nor-Feed is in an exciting moment: strengthening the stake of the majority shareholder, a major industry player; high revenue target; and growing the Executive Committee.

It is in this context that the management team is embarking on the development of its ambition and strategic plan. The goal is to build a robust plan that will enable the entire company to be driven… but also to take a step back and conduct in-depth reflection.

During this feedback session, Nor-Feed’s CEO, Olivier Clech, shares his thoughts on the project and what it has brought to Nor-Feed. Eléonor Simiu presents the methodology.
