“At the beginning of May, our customer was preparing to cancel the seminar it organizes every year at the same time to bring together all its management staff. Getting all the teams to come together seems impossible, and the prospect of a digital event doesn’t fill him with much enthusiasm. Yet this year, more than ever, the meeting would make a lot of sense. The teams have been through weeks of crisis, which would be a good time to reflect on, and now they need to be re-mobilized for a successful recovery. We organized this all-day Zoom event for him, and the feedback has been incredible. In this workshop, we’ll take you through the architecture of the day, the tools we used, the difficulties we encountered in managing the large number of participants and how we handled them.”
