Boost management training

“You should train my boss”, “Very interesting but it doesn’t fit in with our daily life”. These are the kinds of remarks we often hear during management training courses. When an organization calls us to train all its executives in management, our partner Jean-Gabriel Kern had the idea of proposing to start with a Shared Diagnosis of the managerial situation. Working with Estelle Sbinné, they realized that not only did this Shared Diagnosis eliminate the usual objections, but it also cut down on the training time required.
