Eléphant Bleu, Vision and Strategy development

Eléphant Bleu, Vision and Strategy development

” Getting to grips with our business model, taking a lucid look at the situation has enabled us to perform an interesting technical check-up before launching ourselves full speed ahead on the growth highway “.

This beautiful automotive metaphor comes from the testimonial of Jean-Christophe Rogez, CEO of leading carwash Eléphant Bleu, on the support provided by Thibault Vignes and Eléonor Simiu.

In particular, he looks back at crucial moments in the development of the vision and strategy, and also bears witness to the team’s method and learning.

“By being accompanied and, above all, paced, we were forced to get rid of the absolute necessity of making perfect, exhaustive presentations. Not all presentations need to be as beautiful as Apple keynotes presented to the world. When you have a quality board of directors who are involved and ask themselves the right questions, all the prerequisites don’t have to be constantly checked and double-checked. Intuition exists, but experience and empirical knowledge can also be acceptable. You can go down roads that aren’t completely marked out, to build a strategy that you believe in, and that holds up. Even if it’s not 200% sure – and it never will be, because tomorrow you can wake up and find the environment changed. It’s been a great learning experience.”

A very big thank you for this precious testimonial !

Back to DNA : To build the future, reconnect with the past
