September 2023, a 2-hour flight from Paris, the COMEX meets for the first time since the recent merger, with a major challenge at stake: building a strong, cohesive, supportive collective, in a group where each BU boss has historically had very wide autonomy of action. Each is, above all, an entrepreneur with a pronounced taste for business.
The strategic plan exists, the road is mapped out for the next 3 years, with clear axes. But strategy isn’t everything. You need the team to carry it out.
This first “locker room time” will have had 3 objectives: to get to know each other better to cooperate better, to identify the subjects “to crack” to make the plan a success, and to define the team “we want to be” How did we identify what was at stake?
