“How’s the project …”
“It normally screws up”
This overheard dialogue sums up a project’s situation: it’s normal for a project not to work as planned, even if it’s confusing. Yet sometimes,“it’s screwed up” a little more than “normally” and then it becomes urgent to take stock. How do you run a DP project in a situation where tension vies with frustration? As this situation often arises, we have developed a specific, well-honed PD method that helps those involved in a project to get it back on track in a very short space of time. This project concerns a consulting firm struggling at its client’s site.
