Jean-Gabriel Kern explains how, as part of a training program, he helped managers better structure and present their projects, using our strategic framework.
The objective: to combine structure, analysis, and enthusiasm to convince.
This approach made it possible to:
● Clarify the logical connection between the current situation and the project,
● Formulate the strategic direction, the approach, and the plan in one or two sentences,
● Roughly assess the challenges and costs.
Structuring these presentations not only enabled managers to become more convincing, but also, more importantly, to make their projects more robust.
