Roadmap-building seminar: “How to converge on realistic goals and a roadmap?”

“An international Group is initiating the centralization of a number of previously decentralized functions. Our customer wants to start the process at departmental level. He has asked me to organize a seminar with his team, with the deliverable being the roadmap that will serve as the backbone of the project’s management. I’ll be presenting the structure of this workshop, which enabled us to hold very open discussions and produce a solid roadmap. I’ll also show the Klaxoon functionalities that made it possible to reconcile these two aspects in an unexpected way.”
