This company wanted to reorganize the governance of its transformation project, which had major shortcomings. The Project Director asks us to build and lead a shared diagnosis workshop involving 20 representatives of the various functions involved in this project.

We designed and led a 3-hour workshop on Zoom and Klaxoon, declining our “Shared Diagnosis” approach. In this feedback, we’ll explain the workshop’s approach, structure, progress and results.
