Anne-Sophie Deleule
A business school graduate, with a personal and professional international background in major industrial groups (Volvo Construction Equipment, Ingersoll Rand), Anne-Sophie has learned to navigate in complex environments, between strategic requirements and operational realities. From marketing and training to project management and EMEA dealer development, she has explored many different facets of the business.
A fundamental optimist, Anne-Sophie now focuses on companies and their eco-systems, helping them to understand their impacts and dependencies, and prepare for their future. Whether raising awareness, taking stock or carrying out in-depth strategic work, she inspires, facilitates and organizes change.
Based in Finistère, France, she has been working with customers on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), climate and biodiversity issues since 2019, with an approach that is both demanding and pragmatic, circulating methods and tools, inspiration and experience.
Her talent? One customer sums it up this way: “The ability to perceive and communicate, adapting and simplifying her communication according to the person she’s talking to, without losing sight of the end goal. And with a touch of humor! “
Equally at home in the CODIR, or in the field with technical teams, Anne-Sophie combines this great capacity for adaptation with a generous dose of creativity and organization, enabling her to sincerely create relationships of trust, and to get her interlocutors on board, whatever their level of maturity on the subject.
And because transforming her models in a changing world is as serious a challenge as it is stimulating, she likes to do it with a dash of wit.
Yoga, meditation and outdoor activities are part of her daily routine.
