Anne-Sophie Haumonté

Anne-Sophie Haumonté works with company leaders at the moment when their organisation needs to realign or to find its optimal way of working.

When an executive committee fragments, when decisions stall, when silent tensions hold back what could otherwise move forward, she steps in to support both the team and its individuals.

She has a particular gift for bringing together colleagues who no longer work well with one another. She creates the conditions for different personalities to find a common language, build trust in one another and move forward together.

She runs executive committee seminars and collective support programmes, and also works in one-to-one coaching with leaders who need a space to reflect on their own role in the dynamic.

An engineer by training, she worked in the semiconductor industry in France and the United States before devoting herself to coaching. She speaks the same language as her clients, that of the senior executives who lead complex organisations.

She works mainly in the Sud-PACA region, in Lyon and in the Île-de-France, in particular with industrial and high-tech SMEs of 50 to 250 people.
