What drives her is to  show “blind spots”, so that everyone has the choice and responsibility to get moving.

Conjugating humanism and a systemic approach, his interventions are systematically based on one conviction: clarification, i.e. understanding the right reasons for an individual or a group to act in order to bring out collective dynamics around the same objective aimed at collective performance. 

Pragmatic, she likes to simplify complex subjects to make them accessible and sustainable.

Trained as a coach, she works with her customers as a trainer, coach or facilitator, depending on their needs.

She works on issues of cohesion, management and vision.

She supports leaders, managers and teams in their individual or collective transformation.

She draws on her 20 years in Human Resources as well as her various training courses: as a coach (Coach & Team), on the Human Element, NVC, Clarification, DISC certified and on the practices of La Boétie Partners (Seminar Design and Building a Vision)
