Camille Picard
Camille’s favorite subject is management, and more specifically the organizational and human issues that arise from it. She particularly enjoys working alongside operational managers to help them develop their skills and leadership, in the service of collective performance.
Through her missions, she transmits “keys” to managers and executives, enabling them to embrace their responsibilities, adjust their posture and flourish in their mission.
She draws on her experience in the field and her ability to listen objectively, to help them take a step back and build pragmatic solutions.
Recognized for her commitment and attention to detail, she strives to establish relationships based on authenticity and trust, values she holds dear.
With a Master’s degree in management (Neoma Business School 2013), Camille worked for 10 years as a sales manager in Retail (Groupe Printemps). Her core mission was to unite her teams around ambitious projects and lead them to collective performance. From her management career, she has retained a taste for challenge, the ability to analyze, and the importance of the field.
She has also been a certified Professional Coach since 2022 (ICN Business School) and has trained in various tools dedicated to self-knowledge: MBTI practitioner (The Myers-Briggs Company, level I, 2021) and Enneagram practitioner (HF2C, 2023).
Since 2024, she has also been trained in Seminar Design (LBP).
