Catherine Johnston
Catherine helps leadership teams build a shared diagnosis of their current situation before committing to solutions. To do this she draws on collective intelligence methods, which she combines with her own experience as an operational leader.
Her goal is to enable teams to clarify their reality, align their points of view, and make sounder, more robust decisions. This common foundation gives them the ability to stay the course over time while adapting effectively to whatever the field throws at them.
Her programmes combine individual listening with collective workshops. In her approach, Catherine is known for setting the structured and engaging framework that creates clarity where there is dispersion. This encourages the emergence of action plans that the team owns.
Her work as an independent consultant draws on her experience with SMEs and mid-cap companies and on the management roles she held within B2B service organisations over 25 years. There she led complex cross-functional projects and achieved concrete results in business development, customer experience improvement and the structuring of offers, notably at Lefebvre Dalloz, Infopro Digital and Hermès.
A graduate of Neoma Business School and holder of a university diploma in Collective Intelligence from Cergy Paris, she helps groups turn their complex challenges into effective, operational decisions.
