Charlotte believes that groups hold a power many organisations struggle to activate fully, and she makes this conviction the heart of her work.

She designs tailor-made seminars, on the cohesion of leadership teams, mutual recognition, the ability to decide together, shared ambition and vision, building each time the format that matches what the client is seeking to create. She draws on collective intelligence methods to bring about concrete realisations and lasting change.

Also a one-to-one coach for leaders and high-potential talent, she supports with energy and gentleness, yet without indulgence. With every client, from start-ups to large international groups, she builds a relationship of trust that makes the essential possible: drawing on one’s inner depths, facing one’s fears, lifting obstacles one is not yet aware of, and deciding with clarity. Her long experience of organisations, of their summits and their turbulence, feeds every session.

Thirty years in communications have given her a rare understanding of complex organisations. As communications director and a member of executive committees in luxury and finance (HSBC France, Groupe Edmond de Rothschild, Autorité des marchés financiers), she has worked where decisions carry weight. For seven years on the supervisory board of SAFT (SBF 120), where she chaired the nominations and remuneration committee, she gained a concrete mastery of governance.

Trained in coaching in 2019, she deepened her expertise in systemic approaches and transactional analysis, and is skilled in tools such as the Human Element and the AEC DISC. She joined La Boétie Partners because the quality of its practitioners and the rigour of its methods match her own standards.
