Charlotte Garnier-Peugeot

Charlotte believes that groups possess a power that many organizations struggle to fully harness, and she makes this conviction the cornerstone of her work.

She designs customized workshops—focused on executive team cohesion, mutual recognition, collaborative decision-making, shared ambition, and vision—tailoring each program to align with the client’s specific goals. She leverages collective intelligence methods to spark concrete realizations and lasting change.

As an individual coach for executives and high-potential leaders, she provides support with energy and gentleness, yet without complacency. With each client, from startups to major international corporations, she builds a relationship of trust that makes the essential possible: tapping into one’s inner resources, confronting fears, overcoming unconscious barriers, and making clear-headed decisions. Her extensive experience with organizations—their peaks and their turbulence—informs every session.

Thirty years in communications have given her a rare understanding of complex organizations. As a communications director and member of executive committees in the luxury and finance sectors (HSBC France, Edmond de Rothschild Group, Autorité des marchés financiers), she has held positions where her decisions carried significant weight. During her seven years on the supervisory board of SAFT (SBF 120), where she chaired the nominations and compensation committee, she gained practical expertise in corporate governance.

Trained in coaching in 2019, she has deepened her expertise in systemic approaches and transactional analysis, and is proficient in tools such as the Human Element and AEC DISC. She joined La Boétie Partners because the quality of the practitioners and the rigor of the methods align with her high standards.
