As an individual coach for executives and high-potential leaders, she provides support with energy and gentleness, yet without complacency. Her extensive experience with organizations—their peaks and their turbulence—informs every session.

Thirty years in communications have given her a rare understanding of complex organizations. As a communications director and member of executive committees in the luxury and finance sectors (HSBC France, Edmond de Rothschild Group, Autorité des marchés financiers), she has held positions where her decisions carried significant weight. During her seven years on the supervisory board of SAFT (SBF 120), where she chaired the nominations and compensation committee, she gained practical expertise in corporate governance.

Trained in coaching in 2019, she has deepened her expertise in systemic approaches and transactional analysis, and is proficient in tools such as the Human Element and AEC DISC.
