 It was at the head of a family business spanning four generations, working with a very wide diversity of clients (start-ups, SMEs, multinationals) and cultures: the world of fashion, mutual insurers, banks, mayors and more, that he forged his expertise and his deep understanding of the realities lived by leaders and their teams.

This dual stance, both leader and guide, gives him real credibility on the ground: he has lived through the successes, tensions and doubts his clients know. It is this closeness that allows him to be fully attentive and to listen with kindness, convinced that every leader already carries within them all the resources they need, and that their problems, once supported, become projects carried by the momentum to bring them to life with joy and serenity.
