Elena is passionate about creating the conditions that invite deep dialogue, enabling collectives to find innovative solutions and rediscover the pleasure of working together.

Professional Coach and Collective Intelligence Facilitator for 20 years, Elena works with large industrial groups, small structures, government and women’s networks to help them evolve and make the world a better place. She offers coaching for managers and teams, as well as the design and facilitation of successful Collective Times bringing together from three to several hundred people around important collective issues.

Using advanced coaching techniques and Collective Intelligence methods such as Art Of Hosting (AOH) and Theory U “Leading from the Emerging Future”, Elena guides her clients towards lasting transformations and concrete results. Her ability to renew herself in her profession enables her to integrate technology and interactive digital solutions in line with the working environment and aspirations of new generations.

Known for her listening skills, inspiration and determination, Elle adopts an approach that is both pragmatic and visionary, fostering growth and positive change.

ENSIEG engineer and holder of an MBA from EM Lyon with 15 years’ experience at EDF, Elena specializes in coaching and supporting organizations,she holds numerous certifications including that of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also active in the international Art of Hosting and Theory U communities.
