Juliette Delesalle Hamelin
Juliette works with organizations on the challenge of sustainable performance through human relations. She works on the challenges of Governance, Employee Commitment and Cooperation. She also co-founded the Aléhope! project, which focuses on building skills and taking action on the ecological transition.
Juliette specializes in time-based solutions that help develop a transformative context. Capable of both strategic facilitation and very concrete implementation, she sees her role as that of a project manager, supporting the players and guaranteeing the operationality of her interventions.
With her eclectic curiosity, multi-entrepreneurial background and experience of working with decision-makers, she represents a valuable otherness for a manager to explore, clarify and act. She is a certified executive coach.
A graduate in philosophy and human resources, Juliette has worked in large groups and professional federations, cultivating her ability to evolve in complex environments.
Her coaching is based on a humanist approach to organizations and human relations at work, a questioning process nourished by philosophy and the arts, the dynamics of collective intelligence and coaching, and a constant watch on social and societal innovations.
Committed by nature, she is a mentor to entrepreneurs, co-founder of schemes for entrepreneurs (Bistrot de l’entrepreneur, Atelier prospective) and co-developer of the Place du dialogue project.

She has co-written a book on collective intelligence, “Intelligence collective – Agir et innover en équipe”, Dunod 2019.
