Marie Dancourt-Cavanagh
Marie accompanies her customers in their individual, collective and organizational transformations as a coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer, with the aim of enabling them to fully express their talents and make the most of their differences and complementarities in the service of a committed and robust collective.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe (Bruges/Warsaw), she has held various positions in international organizations at both operational and strategic level, and has lived and worked in 6 different countries. Of Franco-British descent, she currently lives in Brussels. Trained in coaching since 2006, she is a certified Coach&Team (accredited Senior Practitioner EMCC).
She works mainly in English, French and German.

She is trained in the practices of La Boétie Partners (DDS, VVV, DP) as well as LegoSeriousPlay and Clarification. She is certified in intercultural tools (COF, International Preference Indicator) and leadership tools (360° Leadership Circle, Management Drives, MBTI).
