Nathalie Seiffe
Nathalie accompanies the transformations of major groups and SMEs with commitment, creativity and finesse.
She intervenes more particularly in international and multicultural contexts, on issues of reorganization, vision alignment and team mergers. Trilingual – German, English, French – she has lived in 4 different countries, so it’s natural for her to adapt to the context of each.
Her uniqueness is the creativity she puts into her workshops to subtly move the lines with powerful results. She’s never short of ideas, knows how to find what brings people together to overcome silo logic, and knows how to mobilize and get everyone to express their talents. Always positive, she encourages experience within the group so that participants innovate and succeed together. She does this on a daily basis for the Mon-a association.
Her dynamism, and her taste for facilitation led her to design a workshop that gives a real “breath” to each contributor through their commitment and boosts the team!
Her customers particularly appreciate his ability to listen attentively, his understanding of the issues at stake, and his facility to embark with a smile and gentleness to trigger change within the collective.
A graduate of Central Saint Martins, London, she spent 25 years as Artistic Director in the brand identity department at LVMH, Philippe Starck and CPP. In 2013, she founded Mon-a, an association serving hospitalized children, federating over 80 volunteers. Nathalie has been a certified Coach & Team since 2021, trained in the Human Element, as well as in Art Therapy, Lego Serious Play and Coaching-Clarification.
His favorite quote: “To get something we’ve never had, let’s try something we’ve never done” – Pericles.
