Over 20 years’ experience in supporting organizations has enabled her to witness and participate in extraordinary transformations and co-creations within structures of varying sizes and activities.

From her years in the retail sector, she has retained the reflexes of goal-setting, daily performance and pragmatism. She is also deeply aware that lasting success depends on taking people into account.

Assignments with VSEs, SMEs and associations broaden her range of shorter, highly operational interventions.

Nicole is bilingual English – French.

Nicole is a certified psycho-practitioner and coach, and regularly trains in new approaches to complement her ‘tools for developing individuals and organizations’.
