Sandra supports managers in developing their leadership, and aligning their teams.
Sandra positions itself alongside managers as a partner to support them in improving their leadership and enriching their managerial skills in the service of group performance.
Particularly sensitive to the quality of relationships within teams, she uses the systemic approach to understand and develop collectives from the inside. Passionate about interpersonal communication, the quality of her listening and her hypersensitivity lead her to make the implicit explicit, and verbalize the unspoken. It’s by relying on the clarity of exchanges with the Shared Diagnosis, and the structuring of interactions in seminars that she works on the quality of relationships.
What motivates her: bringing delicate points to the surface, getting people to “speak truth to power” and setting individuals in motion together in trust.
During more than 20 years in international sales management and development, in the fields of fashion (Hermès group), cosmetics (Kosé group) and household linen (HDM group) , she has acquired solid experience of the managerial posture, the management of intercultural teams, and the reality of the field.
Trained as a coach with Transformance Pro in Paris in 2019, she has completed her approach to interpersonal relationships with certification in the Human Element, training in Systemics and DISC. She is a certified ACC coach with the ICF.
As a management trainer, she generously shares operational tools that enable managers to improve their know-how and interpersonal skills.
A golf player since the age of 6, she is a management trainer with the FFG and AIMG.
