Stéphanie de Susanne

Stéphanie cultivates connection to self, others and the environment. She is passionate about the cognitive and emotional functioning of human beings and the way they interact. She pays particular attention to time optimization, goal attainment and creativity.

She coaches managers and teams towards more collaborative management. She has experimented with various approaches to shared governance and guides her clients in building their own model. She helps them to build an organization in line with their vision: raison d’être, values and ambitions. Her customers range from major corporations to start-ups.

To round out this range, she runs highly operational training courses on effectiveness in all 3 dimensions: personal, relational and collective.

She held managerial positions in Management & Strategy consulting for 12 years. There she acquired the skills of analysis, performance management and team building.

Eight years ago, she set up a training and facilitation organization. She offers her services in the design and facilitation of pragmatic, experiential and motivating training courses and seminars. 

She works on her posture continuously through training and in supervision groups: Collective Intelligence, Seminar Design, NeuroCognitive and Behavioral Approach, Leaders Efficiency Training, Cellular Governance, Theory U, Gordon Model, Human Element.
