Estelle Sbinné
Estelle enjoys designing and leading worshops and seminars.
Estelle is particularly attentive to the question “what do you concretely want to achieve at the end of this session?”; for her, this is the key point in creating tailored, useful support. The art of finding the right device or the right question to take the group to its goal is what mobilizes her on a daily basis.
Pragmatic and always in touch with reality, she invites us to focus on the intention behind the request.
Whether face-to-face or in remote meetings, her fields of intervention cover:
- Shared diagnosis: being able to make a decision thanks to a complete picture of the situation
- Management: ensuring that everyone takes their rightful place within the organization
- Seminars: creating interest, energy and involvement for everyone
Trained as a coach at Cohéliance in Strasbourg, an ICF-certified coaching school, she has previously managed several teams in very different contexts such as leisure, commerce, real estate or production. These experiences have enabled her to experiment, make mistakes, achieve great things too, and help people develop and dare.
Works and research in progress: research on Seminar Design and Remote Facilitation, co-author of a white paper on Shared Diagnosis, co-author of the book “Animer à distance : guide de pratiques robustes et éprouvées” published by Eyrolles
“Assertiveness is a mode of communication that reconciles self-assertion and respect for others, i.e. the ability to assert one’s feelings and rights, while respecting the feelings and rights of others.”
