Frédéric Haumonté
Frédéric defines himself as an agility facilitator within organizations.
His passion is to work towards organizational agility, in particular by facilitating dialogue between different hierarchical strata. At one and the same time, he helps managers to listen to what the field is saying, and to take it into account in their orientations; at the same time, he enables managerial strata to distinguish between what is the responsibility of the system in place, and what is their own responsibility. It thus contributes to the co-construction of simple, sustainable solutions.
His role is to create the conditions for tackling delicate subjects in the right conditions, to invite people to move the sometimes rigid lines, and to offer key insights.
His favorite topics concern change:
- Frédéric accompanies groups through the sometimes tumultuous periods they go through: he offers shared organizational and managerial diagnoses to help make the right decisions,
- Frédéric devotes part of his activity to top management leadership development: he designs support systems that encourage concrete experience and individual awareness.
After studying at ESC Dijon, Frédéric worked in various sectors (sales, associations, press), including abroad (Gabon). This experience of team management and confrontation with the difficulties of interculturality were decisive for him. They led him to deepen his understanding of people, and to explore the link between leadership and collective strength. Certified in coaching since 2004, he began his career as a consultant with CED Entreprises, before setting up HF2C in 2007. He has held various responsibilities within the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working to develop his peers.
He is the author of Réenchanter sa vie grâce au coaching (Editions Arsis, 2007) and L’Ennéagram, outil de leadership, a subject he has been exploring in depth for 20 years, published in September 2018, by Editions EMS.
