Thibault Vignes

Thibault works with managers to bring their teams together and set them in motion around their challenges.

These challenges can be of various kinds: building a shared vision, mobilizing the managerial line, reinforcing cohesion, inventing new operating modes, disseminating orientations, regulating tensions, building the foundations of a common culture after a merger…

To practice his craft,  he draws on his experience and two tools built and honed over the years: “Seminar Design” and “Vision Visioning Visionnaire”.

He is the author of “Concevoir et animer un séminaire – Des moments collectifs utiles et audacieux pour 10 … 30 … 100 … 1000 personnes”, published by Eyrolles in June 2020.

He is co-author – with Jean-Gabriel Kern – of “Bâtir une vision – Outils et repères pour donner un cap à votre entreprise” published by Diateino in September 2021.

Consultant, entrepreneur, and coach are the 3 facets of his identity:

  • As a consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick, he acquired a sense of organization, of keeping to objectives, and of taking account of realities on the ground.
  • An entrepreneur, he created vos-commerces.fr in 2000, Accilia in 2004, and was one of the co-founders of La Boetie Partners in 2015. His entrepreneurial identity helps him to understand managers well, willingly joining in with the difficulties they face.
  • Trained in coaching in 2004, he has chosen to integrate coaching as a state of mind in supporting teams. In particular, the coaching posture enables him to explore his customers’ issues with great serenity and patience, without plunging prematurely into solutions.

Thibault works in French, English and Spanish.
