Developing Leadership (DL) is a practice that offers practical, easily applicable tools at the service of leaders and their teams. Knowing how precious their collective time is and how much they need efficiency, we’ve essentialized our content. They are presented in the form of 2 to 3-hour capsules.
The themes we cover are aimed at strengthening leadership, which is often called into question, pointed at in organizations.
To date we have consolidated 3 tools that correspond to 3 recurring requests from the managers we work with :
