Christel’s job is to help managers and their teams navigate in hectic environments.
New challenges, new projects, changes in organization and scope, Christel first helps her customers clarify priorities and give their teams a clear vision.
Anchored in operational reality, she particularly enjoys clearing with them situations that have become complex or confusing, challenging them to bring out the important issues, for them and for the organization.
She designs and leads group activities that develop cohesion and efficiency in team operations (“natural” teams and project teams), in the service of the expected result. Highly attentive to communication and solutions-oriented, she fosters the conditions for “truthful” dialogue, with the aim of “getting people to decide and act together”.
Christel is a certified professional coach and works with individuals and teams.
Her clients appreciate her rapid understanding of their situation, her positive energy and the operational dimension of her coaching.
Christel herself has been a passionate manager, with 25 years’ experience in large service groups organized into networks. From sales manager to marketing and communications director, she learned to think customer first, she managed teams large and small, was a member of executive committees, she experienced from the inside transformation projects and the anxieties they generate within teams.
