We generate demanding conversation spaces within the organization to build, depending on the situation: cohesion, alignment, ownership, setting in motion, skills and cooperation.
These conversations enable players to make the necessary progress in understanding what’s going on for the company, for themselves, for their teams.
They can take many forms, and build on each other iteratively and coherently. They are based on proven techniques and models.
We are particularly keen to avoid false certainties, over-hasty diagnoses, and shortcuts that reassure without solving. We like to get to the bottom of things.
